Europe’s toughest jury made its choice. This year’s coveted Auto 1 Trophy in the category ‘Off-Roaders and SUV’ goes to the Tiguan. This is just the latest in a whole series of successes for the Tiguan. In November 2007, the Tiguan was awarded the ‘Auto Trophy’, having previously received the ‘Golden Steering Wheel’ prize only a few weeks earlier.

Alternatively, the 103TDI employs Volkswagen’s innovative 2.0 litre common rail turbo diesel engine and diesel particulate filter generating 103kW power and an impressive 320Nm of torque, delivered by 6-speed manual or with optional 6-speed automatic transmission with Tiptronic function.
